For over 20 years Tracy has worked with high net worth families in estate management, acquisitions, and dispositions. Her experience as a licensed real estate broker includes an affiliation with one of the largest international residential brokerage companies, which affords her limitless opportunities to assist families with estate transactions. Tracy and the Estate Transition team work with a Family’s Advisory team to craft a personalized transition plan that maximizes logistical efficiencies and optimizes financial and legal outcomes. The turnkey approach creates a clear pathway for moving forward, which streamlines the process and relieves stress. Coatue’s Estate Transition team manages every aspect of the transition including appraisals, inventories, estate sales, probate, trusts, and interim property management.

In addition to being a partner with Coatue, Tracy created “Property Protocol” —a streamlined, turnkey program for attorneys, trust officers, and families who need to sell probate and trust-held homes.

She holds a B.A. in Communications and a Master’s of Urban Planning Housing & Community Development from the University of Michigan.

As a featured lecturer for real estate marketing at the University of Michigan and course author/director at the Institute for International Research, Tracy is highly respected amongst her peers.
